Welcome to our house “El Tresmayu”. It is placed in Lastres (Asturias) (Northwest of Spain). This traditional building can be the perfect spot for those who are looking for a quiet place, somewhere for spending some holidays with family or a bunch of friends, or for enjoying outdoor life (beaches and mountains). It is the best spot where you can start small trips and excursions around central and west Asturias.

  Casa preciosa, espaciosa y muy acogedora para familias o grupos de amigos, con vistas increíbles al puerto de Lastres, el pueblo y el mar. Limpieza impecable. Decoración con mucho mimo e historia. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, con camas muy cómodas y casi todas disponen de baño individual. El jardín es precioso y perfecto para cenas al fresco viendo anochecer. Dispone de todo tipo de menaje y mobiliario para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia. Cristina es una súper anfitriona, muy amable y servicial, nos recibió en la casa, nos enseñó todo y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones para disfrutar de la zona. La casa está muy cerca de varias playas preciosas, caminando del centro y muy bien situada para desplazarse en coche a otros puntos de interés de la región. Volveremos! Muy recomendable.

  Really stunning house, with incredible view of the port, sea, area. The house is even bigger in real than on the pictures. The house is a great base to visit the area, with the added bonus that in the evening you have a few great restaurants at walkable distance to chose from. Cristina is an incredible host, and made us feel right away "at home". Great communication and suggestions made for a memorable stay, highly recommended!

  fra start til slut var Cristina en fantastisk imødekommende, sød og hjælpsom vært. alt gik helt "smooth" og huset er vidunderligt med masser af plads, gode senge og en fortryllende udsigt. Lastres med den hyggelige havn, stranden midt i byen og de gode restauranter er helt klart et besøg værd.....især hvis man kan bo i Cristinas hus.Esben

  Wonderful character filled property with exceptional hosts! Llastres is a great town. Genuinely strong fishing influence and convenient for Asturias touring. The house has so much life and history in it! Fabulous stay!

  No tengo palabras para describir la maravillosa semana que pasamos en Lastres. La casa tiene las mejores vistas del pueblo - cerca de todo y un lujo de enclave. La casa estaba impoluta de limpia, un estilo rústico y tradicional asturiano con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Una auténtica pasada! Muy bien preparada para una estancia en familia y con niños. Disfrutamos de todo lo que ofrecía la casa y de la belleza del pueblo, que es uno de los mejores de Asturias. La comunicación con los propietarios inmejorable!! Unas bellísimas personas y muy atentos con cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. Nos hubiéramos quedado otra semana. No lo puedo recomendar mas! Excede cualquier expectativa.

  Can’t say enough of Cristina and Nico’s house. Perfectly located at the top of the town (a nice hike after a great dinner). The town is one of the nicest of the area. It was huge and the view from every window, wow, a dream. Must be one of the few houses in town with a backyard, so lovely. Super well equipped. We were a family of 5 with three teenagers and were extremely comfortable. The house was like staying at someone from your family. Super cozy and lots of antiques to admire. We had a great time. Perfect for tour the sorroundings towns and beaches. Hopefully we can come back!!
